Yardley's Hen Party

What better way to celebrate Yardley's Hen Party than at The Great Sylvanian Bake-off. The girls are having a wonderful time preparing their yummy cakes!

"You can never have too much maple syrup, thats what I always say!"

Mrs Beaver's signature bake was something else; it got a round of applause from the other bakers. Yardley asked Mrs Beaver if she would bake her wedding cake!

"I'd be honoured!"

To finish off the afternoon, the girls had champagne afternoon tea. Yardley was a little emotional, she was so thankful to have such wonderful friends.

"Ladies, I would be honoured if your daughters were my bridesmaids!"

"See you in Tokyo?"

At home, Michael had been watching the whole thing on the TV. He was feeling inspired!

"Michael, don't forget to eat your lunch!"

At Nursery, he channeled his inner Olympian and won the egg and spoon race! The crowd (all the mums) went wild!!

"GO MICHAEL! GO!"

But he didn't fare so well in the sack race…

The Wedding Fair

Yardley and Mrs Beaver wasted no time, they went straight to the Sylvanian Wedding Fair! Mrs Beaver was in awe of the beautiful flower arranging stand.

"Oh it takes me back to when Mr Beaver and I got married!"

Yardley had never seen so many beautiful cakes, the Brick Oven Bakery stand was outstanding!

"If you want 5 tiers, we can do it!"

The wedding photographer was so helpful, they booked him there and then!

"I can make you look like a Sylvanianwood movie star!"

Then Yardley spotted it across the room. It was everything she ever dreamed of...

"This is it! This is The Dress!"

The Proposal

Yardley and Cedric were having their first date in the Beavers and Neptune's restaurant. It looks like things are going really really well!

"Guys, stop starring, give them some space!"

Then the following week it was a beautiful day, so the Beavers decided to have a family picnic in the park, when they spotted Cedric and Yardley pass hand in hand!

"Oh my goodness, they're so cute together!"

Cedric and Yardley had falling in love, so Cedric decided no time was to be wasted and asked Yardley if she would like to spend the rest of her life with him…

"Absolutely YES!"

Phone Prank

Mrs Beaver was trying to get on with her knitting, but the phone kept ringing and ringing. Everytime she answered it, there was nobody there...

"Hello?… Hello?…"

Mr Beaver and Renee were heading back from the Bakery, when Renee spotted something very suspicious. I think they had found who was making all the prank phone calls!

"Err, I was just, err, ringing the err... talking clock??"

The Party

Yardley was so nervous getting ready at Mrs Beaver's house. But the girls told her not to worry,

"You leave it with us, Yardley. Cedric won't know what's hit him when he see's you!"

The girls heard a car pull up the drive. Cedric had arrived promptly at 4pm.

"Hello there, Cedric. Glad you could make it!"

He walked through the front door, looked around, then… he saw her standing there.

"Oh my goodness, what a sight. Is it an angel?!"

It was like there was nobody else in the room, just the two of them. It was as if they had known each other forever!

"Please, will you allow me to drive you home"

So at the end of the party, Cedric drove Yardley home. On the way, he plucked up the courage to ask her out on a date, she said...

… "YES!"
