Mr Beaver thought enough was enough. After indulging in all the treats over Christmas, it was time to get into shape.
"Thats it Mrs Beaver, New Year, New Me" |
He put on his brand new trainers, filled up his water bottle and headed out for his first run of the year.
"Good Luck, Poppa. You've got this!" |
Mr Beaver ran through the town as everyone cheered him on!
"Go Mr Beaver, Go!" |
With all the positive vibes coming from all the Sylvanians, he decided to hit the beach and take his training to the next level.
(singing the rocky theme tune) "dadadah dadadah dadadadadah dadadadadadadaaaaaaaah" |
He made it to the top of the cliff and ran all the way to the Berry Grove School school. He ran around the grounds and jumped the fence.
"Wahoo! I'm feeling on top of the word!" |
But then it all got a bit much. Mr Beaver took a turn, possibly sprained his ankle and became so thirsty he almost drank from a puddle. So he limped to the shop to grab a drink.
"I'm done." |
He limped all the way home.
"MR BEAVER! What on earth have you done" "I may have overdone it for my first run, Mrs Beaver!" |
Mr Beaver had an idea, something he'd read about in the sports section of the Sylvanian Times.
"Poppa, what are you doing?!" "This is what all us athletes do after a work out, young Michael; an ice-bath!" "but poppa, you don't even like the cold!" |
He peeled his dirty clothes off and took the plunge.
"Aaaaaaah it's so cold!!!!!" |
He lasted all of 2 seconds in the ice-bath. So he wrapped up in his dressing gown, put the kettle on and filled a plate full of biscuits.
"The thing is boys, life is all about balance" "and biscuits!" |
