Phone Prank

Mrs Beaver was trying to get on with her knitting, but the phone kept ringing and ringing. Everytime she answered it, there was nobody there...

"Hello?… Hello?…"

Mr Beaver and Renee were heading back from the Bakery, when Renee spotted something very suspicious. I think they had found who was making all the prank phone calls!

"Err, I was just, err, ringing the err... talking clock??"

The Party

Yardley was so nervous getting ready at Mrs Beaver's house. But the girls told her not to worry,

"You leave it with us, Yardley. Cedric won't know what's hit him when he see's you!"

The girls heard a car pull up the drive. Cedric had arrived promptly at 4pm.

"Hello there, Cedric. Glad you could make it!"

He walked through the front door, looked around, then… he saw her standing there.

"Oh my goodness, what a sight. Is it an angel?!"

It was like there was nobody else in the room, just the two of them. It was as if they had known each other forever!

"Please, will you allow me to drive you home"

So at the end of the party, Cedric drove Yardley home. On the way, he plucked up the courage to ask her out on a date, she said...

… "YES!"

New Guy in Town

The girls were having a lovely lunch on the Seaside Restaurant terrace. Yardley Walnut was telling the girls how she hoped to one day meet her soul mate, like they had with Mr Beaver and Mr Neptune, when a mysterious stranger in an orange convertible pulled up outside.

"Oh my, is that a new convertible?"

The girls saw the mysterious guy approaching the restaurant, so Mrs Beaver immediately gave Mr Beaver a secret mission. Find out what you can!

"Girls, he's gorgeous!"

Well, Mr Beaver didn't just find out that he's name is Cedric and he's just moved to the village. He also went and invited him to a party at their place tomorrow night!

"What am I going to wear!"
"Don't worry, you can get ready at mine!"

Mr Beaver might need glasses?

Mrs Beaver was preparing everybody a spot of super, when she found Mrs Beaver's camera and camping book in the fridge next to the broccoli.

"Mr Beaver, what on earth.."

During breakfast, Mrs Beaver had to shout across the kitchen into the dining room before Mr Beaver ruined his morning coffee!

"Mr Beaver, that's the salt!"

Then in the afternoon, Mr Beaver was enjoying his afternoon tea and a pastry from the Brick Oven Bakery, when Michael noticed something funny going on…

"Erm, Poppa, your newspaper is upside down!"

It was time for Mr Beaver to get his eyes tested. He returned home with a lovely new pair of bright red spectacles. He looked rather dashing, Mrs Beaver thought.

"Oh Mr Beaver, you look so sophisticated!"

Finally he could see the whole of his lovely family in HD vision!

"There you all are! What a beautiful sight. "

Momma and Baby Class

Grandma Chocolate was out walking her new Grandchildren Kabe and Breeze when she bumped into Mrs Beaver and the boys. They couldn't wait to meet the new arrivals. Grandma Chocolate told them all about a baby class being held at the nursery she was taking the little ones to, it would be perfect for Jerome.

"Im not going to a baby class, momma. I'll go visit Poppa at the restaurant!"

The class was packed. Jerome started off extremely shy, Mrs Beaver was trying her hardest to help him mingle with the other babies.

"Come on sweetheart, what about little Scott Sandy over there, he seems nice."

It wasn't until story time, Jerome found his confidence. He sat right in the middle of all the other babies while Mrs Sandy read a fantastic seaside adventure story. Mrs Beaver felt so proud.

"And the Otters and the Angel Fish lived happily ever after, The End"

Fish, chips and ice-cream!

It had been such a long week, Mr Beaver decided to treat everyone to fish and chips on the beach.

"POPPA! POPPA! I WANT FISHCAKES!"

The fish supper was delicious. Mrs Beaver suggested they should have ice-cream for dessert, well nobody was going to argue with that!

"Im going to get the biggest, bestes ice-cream, with caramel sauce and a flake!"

But somebody got far too excited when they got their ice-cream, and ran along the beach with it - ooops!

"Oh no!"

Mrs Beaver went back to the ice-cream cart and ordered Michael another ice-cream. He promised to sit and eat this one nicely!

"Well what a splendid afternoon!"

Stock Take Day

It was Mr Beavers first day back at work, and it's stock take day (There's no rest for the wicked). Mr Neptune found so many packets of rice that had a looming 'best before' date, oh dear!

"I thought I ordered 1 pack, not 100!"

But Mr Neptune had a great idea, they were going to put Paella on the specials board.

"We have the perfect wine to go with it!"

The Paella was a hit. Simon Sandy, a regular at the restaurant, absolutly loved it and ordered a 3 person portion for himself!

"I should of ordered a 4 person portion"
