The Spooky Slide

 It was time to redecorate Michael and Jeromes nursery. Mrs B wanted them to be fully involve and design it themselves. Starting with a mood board.

"The most important thing is we have a feature, and I'm thinking a bed with a slide"
"OK Michael"

Two days later while enjoying the unseasonal warm autumn weather, an unexpected delivery arrived at the Beavers residence.

"Delivery of a large bedroom slide for a Mr Beaver?"
"I ordered no such thing!"
"Don't worry poppa, that would be me!"

The slide was so big there was no way it was going in through the front door.

"Thats it, now a bit to the left, now right, right, right, a bit more left..."
"Michael, as helpful as that is, please will you be quite for 1 minute?"

"Thats great chaps, I'll meet you inside. I just need to change into my best sliding pants!"

The slide was everything the boys ever wanted and more.

"Weeeeee, I could do this all day!"

It wasn't long before word got out about Michael and Jerome's amazing slide bed.

"Now all form an orderly queue, one at a time!"

The babies were having a whale of a time when two visitors appeared at the Nursery room window.

"Follow us little babies and we'll show you the biggest slide you've ever seen! But you must be dressed up for halloween to slide it!"
"Ok, sounds weird, but we'll be there"

So Michael, Jerome and all the babies got into their spookiest outfits and followed Renee and Shelly to the great big slide.

"Babies you look so great!"
" Right the slides this way, follow us!"

The babies couldn't believe their eyes, it wasn't just any slide but a ghost train slide!

"This is the best thing I've ever seen!"
" come on you lot, let's ride this thing!"

The babies couldn't believe how fast the slide was!

"WEEEEEEEEEEE! CHOO CHOO!"

They rode it again and again and again!

"Come on babies, it's time for ghost stories inside the tree!"

Inside the tree it was dark and spooky, then Renee started a spooky tale...

"Once upon a time, there was a group of friends that discovered a haunted tree. Inside that tree was a spooky ghost train!"
"This story sounds very familiar..."
